Running companies across borders still means email chains, couriers and a different provider in every country. Entiva turns all of it into software.

Illustrative timings. Real timings depend on the jurisdiction and the registry.

Every corporate action, from formation to winding up.

Any entity type, in any of the six countries, from the first filing to the last.

Track every company through its whole life

Six countries, every entity type and every US state.

Each one handled by qualified local professionals.

Built for companies in more than one country.

Two teams feel the cost of corporate services most. Entiva is built around both.

A city skyline under a cloudy sky

Founders

Running companies across borders without becoming an expert in each country's rules.

Stone columns of a civic building

Finance and legal teams

Managing a group of entities with one view of status, deadlines and documents.

Every action handled end to end, within limits you set.

Entiva does the work from request to registry. These are the rules it always follows.

It acts only on authority you grant.

Each instruction is checked against who may give it, before anything starts.

It prices every action before it begins.

The quote is fixed up front, and larger work waits for your approval.

It brings in a licensed professional where the law requires one.

A qualified local provider signs or files in that jurisdiction, and Entiva handles the rest.

It records every step it takes.

A full audit trail runs from your instruction to the registry’s confirmation.

It keeps your data scoped.

Only the people and systems you allow can see or act on an entity.

A note from the founder

I've run companies across borders and paid for every handoff in between. Entiva turns all of that into one request: software does the work, qualified local experts sign where the law requires it, and every company you own is in one place.

Frequently asked questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask us when you request access.

Is Entiva a law firm?

No. Entiva is software. Actions that need a licensed or qualified professional are carried out by one in that jurisdiction, and Entiva does not give legal advice.

Who actually files?

A qualified local provider, such as a registered agent or corporate secretary, selected for that action. You see who it is before you confirm.

Which countries do you cover?

Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom (England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and every US state and the District of Columbia, for every entity type each one offers.

Can I keep my current providers?

Yes. You can keep a provider where you prefer, or have Entiva coordinate the handover.

How is pricing set?

Each company type has its own price: a one-off formation fee and a monthly Run plan, both at the median of what 110 providers publish, checked on 18 October 2026. Moving your existing companies over is free. Government fees are passed through at cost, with no markup.

How do monthly payments work?

Each company has one monthly plan covering its registered office or agent, company secretary, annual filings and routine changes such as directors, shares, address and name. Larger projects such as liquidations have a fixed fee agreed before you confirm. Government fees are billed at cost when they fall due.

Can my own systems use Entiva?

Yes. Every action is available through an API, so your own systems can request changes within the approvals and limits you set.
